Paulo LoXan Keomanyla is the best-selling author of Building Wealth While Serving, published by The Grammar Factory Publishing and distributed nationally through SISIP Financial, with reach extending globally. He is a Financial Literacy Advocate and Ambassador.
Driven by a desire to help others, Paulo dedicated himself to understanding personal finance, investing, and wealth-building strategies tailored to military life. Through mentorship and education, he began sharing practical financial knowledge with fellow members.
That experience became a mission. Paulo immersed himself in personal finance and investing, then started sharing what he learned — first with fellow members, then through formal mentorship and education. That mission grew into The Wealth Brigade, and into Building Wealth While Serving, now available in both English and French. The book draws on Paulo's own story to help military members build confidence, make sound decisions, and grow lasting wealth — whatever stage of the journey they're in.
Paulo's own story begins in a refugee camp in northern Thailand. His family's journey to Canada made them one of the first Laotian-Thai immigrant families to settle here. He grew up in Montreal, where his curiosity about culture and communication took root — curiosity that would shape everything that came after. Today, Paulo's world extends well beyond finance and the military. He's drawn to travel, antiques, music, and history. He's married to Christine, and together they chase new places and new adventures. Duty, growth, discovery — that's been the shape of his life so far. And it isn't finished yet.
